  If I could leave less than a one star review I would. I called these guys a number of times trying to just get information about a house and to possibly get a showing. Not only did they not return the 1st phone call they didn't return the 2nd phone call they also did not return the 3rd phone call and so in the 4th phone call when they did not complete any of the tasks at hand I decided to call back and find out maybe what was going on. It was then and only then did somebody tell me the the residence I was looking at had already been rented. This would not be a problem for me if it wasn't still on several other sites at the time of me calling. These guys are pathetic at handling business, if I ever had a client call me with the reactions the day called the with from the way they were treated by these people I would personally go in there and clean house and nobody would have a job left. I feel like they don't value you as a customer they devil I don't value you as a person and they do not value any or hold any respect for anybody. I've had better customer experiences with Spam calls

  You're very helpful in helping us find a house for rent. We even got the listing before or else that we decided to get one up on the market for rent. The only issues that we have had with this place is you can't pay online (while you can but it's a $55 charge) just to pay your rent on their website. And when we did the walk-through before we moved in we told him of some problems that needed to be fixed. And they still have not gotten fixed we moved in in October 2018 instill the lights needs fixing and a few other things. But besides that we've had a great experience.

  (1) Advice to tenant
  a. Stay away from Nationwide.
  b. If you are already a tenant, your chance of getting your deposit back is very slim. You need to understand that your deposit is with Nationwide, not the home owner. Your best choice is to contact home owner, inform the owner that the damage you made to the property, estimate the cost to repair, then to ask owner’s help to get your deposit back.
  c. If you don’t pay your last month rent, the owner has to swallow the repair cost you caused.
  (2) Advice to owner
  a. Stay away from Nationwide.
  b. It is more troublesome to deal with Nationwide than to deal with tenant.
  c. If you already signed contract with Nationwide, you are full exposed to legal, and short of payment problems. (a) Tenant typically does not move in at the beginning or end of a month, you need to pay attention exactly when tenant moves in or out. Otherwise, Nationwide may not pay you for some months. (b) When tenant does not pay last month rent, you have to demand Nationwide to pay you out of tenant deposit like pulling teeth. Even then, you may not get fully paid. (c) When tenant requests deposit back, Nationwide would use all sorts of excuses not paying back the deposit, which fully exposes you to legal problem. Yet, don’t expect Nationwide to pay you any penny from their illegal activities.
